Former FTX Investor Kavita Gupta Details How SBF Trial Will Impact Industry

Crypto exchange FTX’s founder Samuel Bankman-Fried’s trial has began in the New York’s courts. The whole crypto industry is tracking this development closely, Delta Blockchain Fund’s General Partner Kavita Gupta explained in an interview with Yahoo Finance. Kavita, who had earlier invested in FTX and hence exited her position, explains that FTX and SBF’s trial will bring some clarity on the regulatory front and will set judicial precedent in the industry, which has currently been too politicised.
